Krasnodar Compressor Plant produces basic models of reciprocating booster compressors (booster compressors) – for air, nitrogen and other gases. Booster (booster, booster) compressors are used if necessary to increase the pressure of already compressed gas.
We use our own booster compressors for air and nitrogen stations, for natural gas compression stations. In production, booster compressors are used to create branched pneumatic systems with a single line, in the presence of an external source of compressed gas, etc
Base of reciprocating booster compressors
In the basic line, KKZ offers booster compressors on a 2P corner base, as well as on an opposed four-ton base M4, with a single-speed or two-speed electric motor, with or without lubrication of the cylinders.
Under your order, we will calculate and manufacture any booster compressor that will fall on our bases: 2M2.5, 4M2.5, 2M4, 4M4, 2P, 3P, 5P, 7P.
The main components of the booster compressor

• due to the use of modern self-lubricating composite materials, the overhaul period of operation has been significantly increased and the stability of the booster compressor units with respect to aggressive environments has been increased;
• produces its own line of TegOil® oils, specially designed for KKZ compressor equipment;
• high-quality after-sales service of booster compressors, including timely delivery of spare parts and consumables, routine maintenance, warranty and post-warranty repairs by qualified specialists.
In addition, KKZ has a wide range of previously developed cylinders, rod pistons, valves and other structural elements, which allows our specialists to quickly manufacture any booster compressor according to customer’s specifications (individual order).
