Description

Titanium industrial hydrogen generators are safe, reliable, automated. Easy to install and integrate into your infrastructure. They produce gases on site, saving you from constant purchase and transportation to the enterprise. Hydrogen generators are used to supply consumers with ultrapure hydrogen and oxygen under special gas requirements, for backup and use in various fields, including cooling of power plants, metal processing, float glass production, production of chemicals and semiconductors, for other purposes.

Our hydrogen generators can easily be used in redundant systems.

Ultrapure gas

The generation of ultrapure (99.9998%) gas with continuous purity control extends the life of the equipment while maintaining significant maintenance and replacement costs.

Proven Reliability

Robust stainless steel technology components maximize system life. Long service life is more than 25 years.

On-site gas production (on request)

– Pressure regulated by the operator to 10 bars.
– The maximum productivity of the generated hydrogen – up to 80 m3 / hour

Safe, automatic operation

– Fully automatic operation with on-board diagnostics;
– The minimum amount of gas in the system and the absence of sparking components;
– An uninterruptible power supply (UPS) provides system control in the event of a power outage;
– Remote monitoring and management of work;
– By-product (oxygen) is safely removed from the enterprise or can be used in your production processes;

Complete installation

Each TITAN hydrogen generator system is fully assembled and mounted on a frame, which ensures trouble-free delivery and easy installation.

Fully tested

Each device is factory tested for compliance with international standards and exceeds industry standards.

Individual performance

Customized hydrogen production solutions available for optimal integration with existing plant infrastructure. Execution for work in the open air is possible – in a block box.

The principle of operation of the hydrogen and oxygen generator

TITAN generators produce hydrogen and oxygen through the electrolysis of water. TITAN generator systems are built on the basis of a package of electrochemical elements (called a module) in which mechanical, thermal, electrical and chemical processes take place. The generator platform contains one module. To clean the produced hydrogen, auxiliary components are used that combine various technologies into an integrated, automatically controlled system. The operation of hydrogen generators requires only demineralized water and electricity. The main process of the generator is the electrochemical decomposition of water into its main elements. The process takes place inside a galvanic cell or chamber, divided into positive and negative sides, where an electric current flows between the metal electrodes through a conductive liquid electrolyte. When electrolyzing alkaline water, 30% of the weight of the electrolyte is potassium hydroxide (KOH). The positive electrode is called the anode, and the negative is called the cathode.

The element halves are separated by a wetted membrane, which allows electric current to flow (through an electrolyte), but prevents the evolution of gases from one side to the other. When a DC voltage is applied, current flows through the fluid in contact with the electrodes and gases are released.

Pure water is consumed inside the element. The electrolyte is added to minimize electrical resistance and to facilitate the reaction by providing an excess of hydroxyl ions (see the anode reaction above), but is not consumed in the process. The amount of gas emitted at each electrode is directly dependent on the amount of direct current flowing through the cell.
